The End of the War

Posted on December 25, 2007

…on Christmas, of course! Here’s my exit strategy for this annually divisive war – let’s keep our holiday wishes to ourselves until the actual day or days of the event. That means you only wish people “Merry Christmas” on the day of, maybe also the day before Christmas itself. Same with Hannukah, Kwanza, the winter solstice, etc. etc. Now, I know what you’re thinking – what if the holidays overlap? For that, I suggest simply that you wish all that apply. If its both Hannukah and Christmas, just say “Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah.” Its so simple it just might work!

And on that note, Patrick and I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas!
